According to the official brochure, Parque Norte is a space of culture and citizen coexistence, where joy and respect are welcomed. In other words, it's a great place to bring the kids. With 160,000 acres of parkland, carnival rides, exhibits, food courts and boating on the lake, Parque Norte has a lot to offer. The park is also conveniently located about a block from the Universidad stop on the metro. It's a popular place, so the best rides have long waiting lines by mid-afternoon. Parque Norte has these adventure zones for the kids: Extreme Plaza, Expedition Plaza, Fantasy Plaza, Adventure Plaza and Events Plaza. Don't miss the jungle ride in the Expedition Plaza.

Nothing is more destructive of respect for the government and the law of the land than passing laws which cannot be enforced.
