The customer service at COPA Airlines is outstanding. COPA representatives once got me on a flight leaving Medellin after I was late making it through customs. Another time they found a seat for me on a connecting flight that had been overbooked. They always take good care of their customers.
Although COPA flights travel through LAX late at night, they don’t seem to have a problem finding passengers. The six hour leg between Los Angeles and Panama is usually packed. Most people fall asleep shortly before the second movie starts or just after the last fussy baby stops crying, whichever comes first.
